Important Service Terms
Materials & Travel: Base rates include up to two hours onsite and a 30-minute travel radius. Basic materials are included; however, specialized components, long cable runs, or excessive hardware requirements will be quoted separately. Tolls, parking fees, and travel outside the standard radius are billed at cost.
Emergency & After-Hours: Listed pricing applies to standard business hours. Emergency, same-day, or after-hours work is subject to a 1.5x premium and technician availability.
Site Conditions: Standard rates assume safe, accessible work environments with ceiling heights under 10ft. Challenging conditions (e.g., restricted access, high ceilings, hazardous materials) may require additional labor or equipment charges.
Overages: Any work exceeding the initial two-hour window is billed at a rate of $95–$165/hour, subject to client approval before continuation.
